About the Event:

Businesses today often look for ways to improve their business operations by increasing efficiency and maximizing returns. However, typical strategies such as streamlining and cost cutting are no longer sufficient in today’s business landscape. As a result, more and more executives are looking to new technologies and innovative ideas to help them retain a competitive edge.

Join us as we dive into 3 real world examples of how banks and capital market firms are using novel approaches to drive top line growth. Each of our speakers will be presenting client case study demonstrating an opportunity that is present within most financial institutions, such as:

  • Building client trust through automated speech analytics and coaching
  • Developing a service-oriented cost model to identify and channel resources towards profitable activities
  • Recruiting portfolio mangers based on performance and insight demonstrated within a simulated trading environment
