Jennifer Chua
Managing Director, Head of Manulife Private Wealth Asia and Chief Representative Manulife Bank Local Representative Office
Jennifer Chua has over 20 years of experience in the high net worth sector through working with numerous banks in Asia and North America. She draws on her experience to help address the challenges facing Manulife Private Wealth Asia’s clients.Her current key role as the Managing Director and head of Manulife Private Wealth Asia and Chief Representative of Manulife Bank’s local Representative Office, is to expand Manulife Private Wealth’s footprint to serve high net worth clients who currently reside in Asia but have made arrangements to immigrate to Canada.
Jennifer's previous roles includes Managing Director and Head of Private Banking, China, for one of Canada’s top banks, where she was responsible for the private wealth business servicing high net worth clients in China who have affiliations with North America. Prior to this, Jennifer had worked in international banks in Hong Kong and Toronto in various progressive managerial roles. Since returning to Hong Kong in 2009, Jennifer has been active in the local communities. In the past few years, she had served on the Board of the Canadian Chamber in Hong Kong as Vice-Chairman, External, and Director, Vocational Training Council, Hong Kong. Jennifer is a CFA charter holder, FICB and CIM. She holds an MBA from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Hons) from University of Hong Kong.

Fern Ngai is Chief Executive Officer of Community Business, a Hong Kong based not-for-profit organisation dedicated to advancing responsible and inclusive business practices in Asia. Fern joined Community Business in October 2012 and is responsible for leading the organisation into its next stage of growth.
Fern has been actively involved in and passionate about corporate social responsibility and diversity and inclusion, in her voluntary role as Board Director of KELY Support Group, a Hong Kong charity dedicated to supporting young people, and in her previous roles at Standard Chartered Bank.
During her 25-year career at Standard Chartered, Fern held leadership roles at both local and regional levels, in the human resources, technology and operations, Asian governance, and corporate affairs functions. Fern was the bank’s Diversity and Inclusion Champion in Hong Kong, a Living with HIV Ambassador, and Director of Programme Care, an employee-led community care and volunteering organisation. Prior to Standard Chartered, Fern worked in the information technology field in Canada.

Maryann Tseng is an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley Asia, specialising in equity products and have been in the financial industry for more than 16 years with previous employment also with European bank and Chinese bank.
She is on the committee board of Morgan Stanley Family Network and has been committee member of Morgan Stanley "Women Business Alliance" helping the firm employees to understand and appreciate the importance of work-life balance and having a diversified employee body. Currently Maryann is also sponsoring protege at the Hong Kong The Women's Foundation mentoring program, successfully sharing experiences of work and life with up-and-coming younger mentors. Maryann is mother of two, age 2.5 years and 5 week, and has lived in HK for 12 years, prior in Taiwan, Italy and Canada.
