Martin Cerullo

Based in Hong Kong and recognised in 2012 as HR Outsourcing APAC Thought Leader of the Year, Martin Cerullo is Group Talent and Engagement Director at the Dairy Farm Group, a major Pan-Asian retailer. Mr. Cerullo focuses on deepening and strengthening the group's talent and functional capabilities to support sustainable business growth.

Before moving to the Dairy Farm Group, Cerullo worked at Alexander Mann Solutions, the world's leading provider of talent acquisition services, for over 8 years leading the global brand and market function. Earlier he spent the six years working for Euro RSCG Worldwide, one of the world's largest global advertising groups, working with clients such as BP, Airbus, Morgan Stanley and British Airways.

 

Janice Henderson

With a strong foothold in Asia, Jan has worked as Creative Director for 2 of the leading international 4A's ad agencies in Hong Kong, Leo Burnett and McCann Erickson.

In 1993, with her extensive marketing background, Jan set up her own firm, Reaction, an advertising and brand consultancy.

Jan has extensive experience in hotels, F&B and FMG.

 

MaryAnn Voli

MaryAnn draws from 13 years of experience in different marketing senior leadership roles in 3 multinationals companies in different countries (Italy, Spain, USA, Colombia).

She has 7 years of formal training and experience in team and executive coaching as well as leadership development facilitation, focusing on creating engaged and high performing teams through emotional intelligence, positive psychology and corporate mindfulness practice.

She has a passion for gender equity in the workplace,and for supporting women to show up in their true and authentic power.

MaryAnn was based in Hong Kong for the last 7 years, and is the Managing Director of Voli Consulting, a talent and leadership development firm working in Asia to support organisations to find the right leadership solutions to positively impact their business results.

Case Everaert

Before joining Black Isle Case, Everaert was Vice President of Global Trading at Mizuho Capital Markets, an interest rate derivatives trading powerhouse. Having enjoyed a successful 13 year career in banking Case made a timely exit in 2007 and decided to follow one of his passions: public speaking. He joined forces with Black Isle as a Director. His responsibilities include coaching as well as business development.

Case received his Master's degree from Thunderbird in the USA where the curriculum is highly focused on cross-cultural communication. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Nyenrnde University in The Netherlands where he was recipient of the prestigious Student Orator Award 1989.
