Jennifer Kay Chan works diligently with her investor and end-user clients to ensure that the real estate transaction is as smooth and as enjoyable as possible. She has been a sales representative with Forest Hill Real Estate for the last five years, and has been involved in the real estate business for over 18 years. She brings a wealth of experience in customer service, marketing and sales to the industry. She is familiar with both pre-construction as well as resale properties throughout the Greater Toronto Area.

Having worked extensively in Toronto and in Hong Kong, she brings a broad international perspective to her role. She works with many expatriate clients that have purchased property in Canada for investment, for their family, or for their own retirement. She travels regularly to Asia to speak about real estate.
