Ellen McNally will talk about hypnotherapy as a method of facilitating this change rapidly, from managing one’s anxiety from conflicting expectations, to expecting and requesting the salary that you deserve and dealing with difficult and negative people. She will talk about how hypnotherapy uses our own inner resources in a creative way to advance our personal goals.

Throughout the talk, she will take the audience through exercise on how one can experience hypnotic trance-like states to focus our mind on the goals we aspire.

Hypnotist and Hypnotherapist

Ellen McNally is a Canadian who has lived in Hong Kong for over 25 years. In Canada, she worked as an in-house marketing specialist for The Royal Bank of Canada and Abbott Laboratories and later, on the consultant side with Coopers & Lybrand. In Hong Kong, she witnessed how hypnosis could trigger the mind to speed up healing in her family’s medical crisis. This experience became an exciting discovery of the untapped power of our unconscious mind that we ignore at the expense of our dreams and aspirations.
