|About the Lecture:|
This workshop is designed for client- facing staff who, despite
representing a competitive product or service, are constantly getting pressure to discount fees.
Participants will leave the workshop with:
- An understanding of the reasons why some companies are able to consistently negotiate above market prices/ fees when others are driven to discount below what they are worth.
- Insight into their own tendencies toward discounting and how we “commoditize ourselves”.
- Strategies to get out of the discounting trap and negotiate premium
prices, rates and fees.
