Jim Fagan is the Managing Director for Rackspace Asia Pacific and is responsible for implementing Rackspace hosting and fanatical support in Asia. Jim has built and managed the sales, marketing, channel and data center operations and has made tremendous
growth in the first year of Asia Operation. Jim joined Rackspace in July 2006 as the Director of Financial Operations where he built an organization of financial professionals dedicated to assisting Rackspace leadership in successfully managing the rapid
growth and expansion of the company, including an IPO on the New York Stock Exchange. David Fergusson is the General Manager of Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Services, Hong Kong. In this role, he leads multidisciplinary services performance,
sales, marketing, finance & operations teams delivering business consulting, applications, infrastructure and business process outsourcing services to a broad set of clients and industries, and is responsible for building demand and expanding market presence
in Hong Kong & Macau. Before joining HP, David held various product, services and industry leadership positions in IBM in Australia and across Asia Pacific
Mark Ross is the founder and CEO of CloudGarage and co-founder of the Asia Cloud Computing
Association and has over 20 years of senior-level technology management and Board level experience with multi-national financial service companies. Mark is a recognized technology innovator and was most recently awarded the 2009 IDC innovation award
for his work using software-as-a-service solutions. Publications of his work have appeared in numerous journals and periodicals and have also been the basis for a Computer World case study. Specialties of Mr. Ross include strategic technology planning
and the integration of core financial service systems including: insurance, asset management, pensions, trust, fixed income and equities systems.
