unpleasant experience, but one we all have to deal with at some point. This seminar highlights the most common salary negotiation disagreement scenarios, providing real-life examples for resolution. The speaker will address common causes of conflicts
and guide you through the “art of negotiation” to respond to any disagreements that may arise and share other useful tips in salary negotiation.
ABOUT THE SPEAKER
William Chan, Senior Consultant at
Scotwork East Asia (http://www.scotwork.com/), has 25 years of business experience in the IT, Telecom and Banking industries, both locally and internationally. Born in Hong Kong, William has held senior positions in companies such as IBM, BT Global
Business Services, Verizon Business, PCCW, Citibank, Morgan Stanley, China Entercom (A CITIC company) and New World Telecom in Canada, Japan, Taiwan and South Korea. With a rich international background and years of experience in business development,
international marketing and team building in diverse cultures, Mr. Chan leverages his broad business skills and personal experiences in delivering negotiating skills training and consulting services across business sectors. William holds an MBA and
undergraduate degrees in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science (IT) and speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
