Hong Kong is in a constant battle to reinvent itself. Whether its re-claiming land in the harbour or building new skyscrapers or residential developments, this city seems to always be in a
state of flux. The lack of land for development is always an issue in HK so what happens when the building you live in becomes a potential re-development target by a Developer? Do you know how to negotiate with them? How do you collaborate with
your neighbours to ensure a favourable financial package? What are some of the pit-falls and issues to be concerned with?
Richard Wright recently led the successful negotiation of a joint sale of his residential building in Midlevels to
a local Developer. Richard′s efforts resulted in one of the biggest residential joint sale transactions in Hong Kong history. Richard will be presenting to the group on his experience during this process and the results that came from using
his knowledge of negotiation to leverage the situation to benefit of the flat owners.
This talk will be followed by a Q & A session.
