Paul Stewart, Vice President of Business Development, Offsetters.

> > Paul has over 14 years of experience pioneering financing systems in emerging industries. While working for American and Canadian banks, Paul devised new financing techniques for software, internet, film, television and video game industries. While in California , Paul ran an internet company which built the first internet-based credit bureau for the film-finance industry. Subsequently, Paul moved into the environmental industries and helped pioneer financing for carbon credit projects, alternative-energy, green building, biofuels, software and green transportation. While there, Paul learned the techniques and standards involved in GHG accounting and reporting and is using his passion for emerging markets to deploy these processes to companies throughout North America .
Paul has led GHG accounting and reporting projects with: Harbour Air, Vancouver Film Studios, BC Ministry of Tourism, Vancouver Convention & Exhibition Centre, The Kamehameha School District (Hawaii), Whistler Outdoor Adventures, Hotson Bakker Boniface Haden Architects, Renewal Partners, New Car Dealers Association of BC, Comox Valley Airport, Gander International Airport Authority, Kelowna Airport, Prince George Airport Authority, Polygon Homes, Publicis Vancouver, InterVISTAS Consulting Inc. and Aquatic Informatics for each companys GHG emissions footprints

Shelley Zhou, Senior Environmental Consultant, Carbon Care Asia
> Ir Dr Zhou, Carbon Care Asia′s Senior Environmental Consultant and a Certified Carbon Audit Professional (CAP), has over 10 years experience in environmental and carbon management consultancy, new energy and biotechnology in Hong Kong, China and Singapore. She holds a PhD in Environmental Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Philosophy degree in Civil Engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
Ir Dr Zhou has also been active in voluntary engagements with non-governmental organizations. She is council member of Hong Kong People\u8217 ?s Council for Sustainable Development, member of Friends of the Earth (HK), Hong Kong Association of Energy Engineers (HKAEE), Engineers Without Borders (HK) and a core member of the Hong Kong delegation to the UNFCCC, 13th Conference of Parties (\u8216 ?COP 13′ ) in Bali in 2007.

> Roger Bayley, Founding Principal, Merrick Architecture Ltd.
> Roger Bayley is principal of Merrick Architecture, which he co founded in 1984 with Principal Paul Merrick. Roger is currently responsible as the Design Manager for Vancouver ′s 2010 Olympic Village development, Millennium Water. This clearly defined role within the project′s architectural contract addresses the coordination of the 150-plus consultant team across all aspects of the project. Roger prepared and wrote the original RFP submission for the Olympic Village on behalf of the developer, Millennium SEFC Properties Limited, including assembly of the consultant team, the scope of work proposed, and the scheduling and program definition. This 300-page program document has defined the evolution of the project since its award in April 2006 and continues to provide the framework for the coordination of the consultant teams and two major contractors. Roger has also been instrumental in addressing the concerns and demands of the City of Vancouver Planning and Permitting team, the sustainability objectives, client coordination and requirements of The Vancouver Olympic Organizing Committee′s 2010 ′overlay\u8217 ? and operational program | that will see the housing of 2800 athletes for the 2010 games. Roger has managed and directed Merrick Architecture since its inception and provides project definition, value engineering, quality control, resource management and project scheduling. His role includes the management of staff and the coordination of the Consultants being used by the Firm. His background in structural engineering and construction management are highly valued in the design process and he has been instrumental in establishing new cooperative approaches to the development of projects and the management of capital expenditures. He has worked extensively in the coordination of multi-disciplinary teams for engineering, construction management, architectural and restoration projects. His most recognized contribution focuses around the balancing of Design achievement with the pragmatics of technical excellence and project budgeting.

> Liam Salter, Managing Director, Reset (HK) Limited \u12288 ?
\sb135\sa270\sbauto1\saauto1\plain>\hich\f1\dbch\f1\loch\f1 Liam Salter is Managing Director at RESET, a Hong Kong-based carbon and energy services provider, focusing on providing integrated climate solutions to key sectors in Southern China and South East Asia. RESET′s work focuses on using carbon management techniques to drive energy efficiency improvements working with clients in sectors such as export manufacturing, commercial property and aviation.
\qj\plain Previously Liam was the Director of WWF′s International′s Asia-Pacific Climate Programme, where he built and managed a ten-country team, and Head of WWF Hong Kong′s Climate Programme. At WWF Liam co-led the design and set-up of the Gold Standard Foundation, which is now the leading certification system for premium quality carbon credits worldwide, and where he is currently a board member and Chairman of the Technical Advisory Committee. At WWF, Liam also initiated the Low Carbon Manufacturing Programme (LCMP), the world′s first carbon rating system for export manufacturers.
\hich\f1\dbch\f1\loch\f1 Liam has presented at a high level on business and climate change issues across the world, including\plain events with Point Carbon, The Economist, CSR Asia, ASRIA, Young Presidents Organisation, Citibank, HSBC, UBS, Morgan Stanley, The European Commission, UNEP, UNIDO, UNDP, World Energy Forum and Al Gore.
